Robots Save the Earth - April 18
Explore robotics and make stop motion animations in this Earth Day themed workshop hosted by Light House Studio and Tech-Girls!
In the morning, students (aged 10-15) will learn how to build with Makedo to prep scenery and build characters on Roversa. After that, we'll break for lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon making stop motion animations that celebrate Earth Day with Dragonframe! |

Emerging Engineers@UVA
The Emerging Engineers@UVA program, a week-long summer program that provides high school students with a variety of immersive engineering experiences designed to educate them about the engineering field and inspire them to study and work in engineering. The Emerging-Engineers@UVA builds on the success of the Bio-Med Tech-Girls program with expanded track options. The application deadline is April 15, so apply soon!

We Tech Initiative
With support from The Rota Foundation, CWIT launched the We Tech Initiative to expand opportunities for women and girls across Central Virginia through the Tech-Girls Student Advisory Board, the We Tech-Girls Middle School Program, and the We Tech Summit.
